- Discussing dangerous living
As part of our topic learning about mountains and volcanoes, year 4 have been researching and discussing the pros and cons of living near to volcanoes. They discussed their thoughts in groups, led by chair people, and came to conclusions (mostly!) about whether or not people should live near to them.
- Marvellous Maps
Year 4 learned how to use an atlas to locate and mark famous mountains around the world. They also researched facts about the mountains and decorated their maps ready to go up on display.
