Following on from yesterday’s mixing, it was time to cook and taste the Injera in Year 5! The mixes were kept covered by cling film over night as per the recipe. The children enjoyed tasting their breads after Mr.Stonham cooked them using a portable hob and frying pan. We discussed why this recipe is convinient for those living in Etheopia. As with the making, some enjoyed the tasting more than others
