This week in Dosbarth Beech, as part of our learning about the Phoenix myth, we learned about warm and cold colours. We discussed how colours can be described as warm or cold, and then experimented with lines to sketch detailed Phoenix feathers. The children showed great pencil control, and could see how effective it is to build layers of lines in various warm colours. Gwaith ffantasteg, Dosbarth Beech!
