Cherry Blossom class thoroughly enjoyed our fizzing eggs science investigation. Dinosaurs were hidden inside colourful eggs and the children used pipettes to gently drip different liquids onto the eggs to see if we could rescue the dinosaurs. First they tried using water but this didn’t free the dinosaurs, so we tried using vinegar. The result was amazing. The vinegar reacted with the bicarbonate of soda eggs and the children found it very exciting. The eggs started to fizz and the dinosaurs were saved!
