Today the nursery children had fun participating in a range of seaside themed activities. They made sandcastles in the sandpit, played in the water tray and made faces using lots of different shells. They used shaving foam and dishwashing brushes to replicate waves in the sea, and began making a beach hut out of a large cardboard box. They will paint stripes on it tomorrow. They also enjoyed playing instruments and singing seaside songs on our new stage.
