Our non fiction writing genre this half term is instructional writing so this morning the children have sequenced the steps needed to make a cup of tea. They then had the opportunity of carrying out the steps to make their own cup of tea. We finished the session by drinking the tea and enjoying a biscuit with it too! Tomorrow they will be writing their instructions thinking about time connectives and bossy verbs. What a fun morning!
