Today the Year 2 children were very excited because all of the class chicks have finally hatched! The children have worked in groups to decide on names for them all. They have been moved out of the incubator and are now in the brooding box. The children will be taking turns to feed and clean them over the next few days, and next week they will get to hold them (and they cannot wait for that!).
