Dosbarth Ash have been learning all about Fairytales, and who lives in the castle… this week the children found out about the Giant in Jack and the Beanstalk and that his castle was in the clouds.

We looked at who lives in a castle now and what castles might have been like a long time ago, we closed the blinds and talked about how children would have had to work with a candle in the room, the children had great fun trying to complete their colouring task.

Some of the groups looked at the different parts of the castle and tried to label the different parts.
