Beech class have been investigating 2D shape properties this week. They looked closely at lines of symmetry, vertices and edges and even investigated right angles, all whilst learning lots of tricky new words such as polygon and quadrilateral! The children used Venn and Carroll diagrams effectively to sort shapes according to their properties. Beech Class certainly are 2D shape experts!
