This term the year one children are learning all about Jewish beliefs and practices. Today they learnt about the Jewish day of rest; Shabbat. Shabbat is a time when Jewish families come together for a special day each week. The children all enjoyed as they were able taste the bread and enjoy some refreshing cranberry juice.
