This week, the Year 2 children read the story ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Picnic’. In the story, Mr. Grinling saw a poster advertising rides in hot air balloons. The children thought carefully about the important information that would need to be on the poster, and they thought of persuasive phrases to encourage people to go on a hot air balloon ride. We used Jit5 to create our own persuasive posters, and the children did a fantastic job, confidently using their amazing digital skills!
