In Year 2 this week, we have been learning about the film ‘Reindeer Ready’. The children began by looking at still images from various scenes, and made predictions about the story and the sequence of events. We then watched the film and discussed the 3Cs and 3Ss of film making; colour, camera, character, setting, sound and story. The children felt very sorry for the hard working reindeer in the film, so they made some great persuasive posters to encourage people to leave treats for the reindeer and not just Santa.
