Year 2 have been working very hard to improve their independent writing skills using a variety of approaches. The children have enjoyed learning cursive letter formation in our handwriting sessions and through using an interactive App. Their spelling skills are progressing well using the ‘Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check’ approach. They have also worked hard on improving their sentence construction skills, using adjectives to describe scenes from stories we have read together. Wonderful writing, Year 2 – I am so, so proud of you all!
