This week the Year 2 children enjoyed listening to the story ‘Can’t You Sleep, Little Bear’. The children decided to investigate which light would be the most suitable to use as a night light for Baby Bear. They came up with super suggestions for the investigation and drew labelled diagrams to show what they were going to do. The children then decided on the equipment they would need before making sensible predictions. They recorded their observations carefully in a table, and concluded which were the most and least suitable lights, giving excellent reasons why. Year 2 really are super scientists!
