As part of our topic Rainforests, the children have enjoyed experimenting with some fruit themed art. The children were required to do a close observational drawing of a bowl of fruit paying close attention to detail. They began by sketching the bowl and mixed fruit then later adding detail such as shading, colour and lines. The children could choose how they wanted to add detail, whether it was through paint, pastels, felts or pencils.
