Today the nursery children have been using blocks to demonstrate how big a tyrannosaurus rex’s foot was. They learnt that it was approximately one metre long and nearly half a metre wide. They then measured their foot against the blocks to see if their foot was bigger or smaller! They also did some dinosaur shape painting and made dinosaurs out of duplo. Next week we will be learning all about the volcanoes that were around during the time of the dinosaurs. We are looking forward to that!
