Dosbarth Cherry Blossom carried out a floating activity involving mermaids, where pictures of mermaids were attached to various everyday objects. The children then discussed the properties of each object and then predicted if it would float or sink. They put each item in the water to test their prediction. Then they used a net to scoop out the object and put it in the correct basket. Excellent investigation. Well done.
