Happy St. David’s Day from Year 1. The children look fantastic in their Welsh costumes and rugby/football tops. We have had a busy morning completing ‘Welsh’ challenges, such as building castles, making paper leeks, learning about St David on the computers and finding words in a wordsearch. Ardderchog Blwyddyn 1! We have also thoroughly our Eisteddfod and the children did a great job of reciting their Welsh poem.
