This week our special sound of the week is ‘s’ so the nursery children have been busy participating in a range of different activities to help them learn all about this sound. They cut out pictures of items beginning with ‘s’, used stickle bricks to make different sized snakes, made a ‘s’ using stickers, played ‘s’ i spy where they had to circle any items they found and also sang songs about this sound. They even looked for little toy snakes in the grass. Da iawn nursery!
