As we are learning about weather in Wales and around the world, we focused on rainbows today during our Welly Wednesday session. The children tried to ‘grow rainbows’ using felt pens and water- they were amazed when they could see the colours climbing up their rainbows! They also worked in teams to explore colour mixing and had the challenge of making the colours of the rainbow using different coloured water. They loved investigating which colours they could make.
