This week we have been activating our prior knowledge in preparation for our new topic of ‘under the sea’. We have explored and observed different items that you might find in the sea and we have shared lots of facts and information that we already know. We explored our colourful ‘coral reef’ looking for and sorting ‘under the sea’ creatures and then used books to find out more about them. Some of the children also enjoyed using HWB to research some of the new creatures and vocabulary that we have already come across.
An enthusiastic start to our new topic…we can’t wait to learn more!
