This term, our Big Question is ‘Where in the world am I?’. The children have started by looking at where in the world we live and their own experiences of our local area and country. The children talked about what there is to do and see in Pontlliw/Swansea/Wales and they went on a hunt around the school to find some picture clues linked to landmarks, places and activities. They loved talking about their own experiences and they used this knowledge to create their own information posters about Swansea. The children also found where Wales is on a map and used their ICT skills to complete their own version. A super start to our Big Question, I wonder where we will travel to next…?
