Year 4 have started their work on persuasion by completing a ‘cold task’. They had to write a letter to Jeremy Miles persuading him that teachers are still needed in schools and cannot be replaced by robots and AI. A ‘cold task’ is done completely independently and we will compare the outcome with our ‘hot task’ after we have practiced using lots of persuasive techniques in class.
