A big thank you to our visitor Mr Morgan who delivered an excellent workshop all about Sound and how this travels! The children enjoyed learning all about the fundamentals of pitch (mass, tension & length) and were enthused when observing this practically through different musical instruments. The children also enjoyed using their voices as a musical instrument and studying how their larynx can be used to modify mass.
The children then learnt all about Rhythm and loved creating their own rhythms by clapping.
