Dosbarth Hazel have been busy this week studying the novel ‘The Great Kapok Tree’. Before diving in to exploring the novel, the children undertook a visualisation activity where they had to draw the Rainforest based only off what was read to them. The children produced excellent drawings and made notes of the key vocabulary that inspired their drawings!
