As part of our Spring Term topic ‘How does where we live affect us?’ we have been exploring the two main religions on the continent Africa– Christianity and Islam. In Dosbarth Birch, we were exceptionally lucky to have a lesson delivered to us by a knowledgable member of our class who knows lots about the Islam religion first hand. We were so lucky to have this experience and are very grateful to have had an expert to help us learn. We listened to a Powerpoint presentation all about the Umrah and then completed a Kahoot! quiz to text our recall. The class asked lots of well thought through questions and got lots out of the lesson. Diolch yn Fawr.
