This week Year 1 have started to learn all about ‘Supertato’ the hero and we looked at what qualities Supertato had that made him a kind friend to others. Year 1 then had lots of fun thinking about what actions could be classed as friendly or unfriendly. We looked at various scenarios and the children then had to vote, using their emotions card, for what was kind and unkind.
The children then thought about what superpowers they have that allow them to be a kind friend to others e.g. good at listening/ being considerate etc.
