The children have been busy practising ‘Squiggle’ move number one. ‘Squiggle Whilst You Wiggle’ uses dance and large movements to help children develop the fine muscle control they need for writing. Last week they practised by moving colourful scarves in time to the music, and today they were ready to use these moves to mark make. They swapped their scarves for crayons and made marks on a large piece of paper on the floor.
