(Year 6 aren’t asleep, I promise) Today, Year 6 have been learning all about the art of meditation. We are often in a whirlwind of rushing and doing; today children experienced the feeling of calm, relaxation, feeling light, happy and joyful and found the session extremely useful.
With every thought, pupils brought their focus back to their breathing.
Once the mediation session was complete, pupils wrote/ drew their thoughts on the ‘clouds’ and let them float away.
