The whole school has thoroughly enjoyed taking part in an Eisteddfod today to mark St Davids Day!

Over the past few weeks the children have been busy learning Welsh poems or songs to perform during the Eisteddfod. They have also been producing excellent pieces of Art and writing based on a Welsh myth they have been learning. Today, we celebrated all of the children’s hard work and efforts and enjoyed watching each class perform their piece!

We also awarded prizes for a piece of art/ writing work in each class and the children were excited to see the chairing of the bard!
