Year 5 had a fantastic trip to the National Roman Legion Museum yesterday. They explored the ruins of baths, amphitheatres and barracks and dressed up in Roman armour. They even took part in a traditional Roman lesson where they learned about the Gods, Roman numerals and the Latin language!
