Staff Wellbeing
Health & Well-Being Leads: Mrs. Davis & Mrs. Bennett
Teachers and school staff in Wales make a huge impact on society. The quality of education has a clear relationship with the wellbeing of school staff, which in turns affects children and young people’s lives. At Pontlliw Primary School, our staff are our most important resource and all are valued, supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally within a caring, purposeful learning community
