Year 4 have celebrated World Book Day in many ways this week. They dressed up as their favourite characters or in pyjamas, then learnt all about the life and work of Benjamin Zephaniah. They created fact files and portraits of the poet, and also had a go at writing their own poetry titled “This is Wales!”. They were also treated to a drama workshop with Mrs Owen, and were in good spirits (and high voices!) throughout. Da iawn, blwyddyn pedwar!
