Reception had a great day thinking about their new topic – ‘ What makes me special?
The children arrived this morning wearing their favourite clothes or costumes. They then began the day listening to the song from “The greatest showman – This is me!”
Reception set to work thinking about how the music made them feel and had a good dance around the class showing off their happy feelings.
We then looked at some items to help the children to think about families, we looked at old and new pictures and items.
Finally the children thought of some questions they would like to ask about their topic and, thought about what they would like to learn.
Well done Reception you worked so hard….you are ALL special!
