This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. We started the week with an assembly where we thought about how we can manage our emotions and help our mental health. In class, the children then made some worry monsters. If the children feel worried about something, they can draw/write the worry and put it in the monster to ‘chew up’. We also talked about how it is normal to feel anxious or worried at times and we thought about ways in which we can manage these emotions.
