This term, year 6 have been developing questioning skills.
What better way to develop, than to apply skills learnt to a real life context. Today, we linked virtually with Mr Hughes, who was a young child during WW2. We learnt loads from Mr Hughes and were amazed that he had an Anderson shelter in his garden. He told us of how it felt to be alive during the war, but also how it felt to celebrate the end of the war. Diolch yn fawr Mr Hughes.
