Year 4 were treated to a fascinating lesson about the buffalo and its relevance to the Plains Indians in the West of America – delivered by Carrie from the Buffalo Bill Center of The West in Wyoming! They learnt about the buffalo, how they were hunted and how Plains Indians used everything from them in their everyday lives. The class asked and answered lots of questions, and learnt so much from an expert in the field of Plains America.
