There has been lots of learning happening in nursery this week. The children have been learning about capacity and numbers using numicon. They have been filling different size containers with water and pouring it through the holes in the numicon. They have also been combining their maths and fine motor skills by threading pipe cleaners through the holes in the numicon, counting the holes as they go. Our special sound of the week this week was ‘l’, so the children made some delcious lemon iced cupcakes. They completed lots of other fun activities too. Just look at the fun they’ve had!
