Our Big Question in Dosbarth Beech for this term is ‘How has our world changed?’ So, to start our learning, this week we enjoyed lots of activities during our ‘Hook Day’. The children worked together and used images to help them develop mini questions which will guide our learning for the term. They also enjoyed looking closely at the shape and size of the continents, whilst creating super watercolours of planet Earth. We then used atlases to investigate our place in the world, thinking about the planet, continent, country, city and villages in which we all live. What a fun day we all had, and we are excited and enthusiastic for this term’s learning!
