The Year 2s have had a fantastic day celebrating St. David’s Day today! We enjoyed listening to lots of Welsh stories, including the story of Saint David. The children made some super 2D shape Welsh flags, sequenced the story of Saint David, played Welsh symbols bingo, made super Welsh dragon Lego models and answered lots of questions after reading fact cards about Wales. What a busy but fun-filled day we have had, and we all certainly feel proud of the country in which we live!
