The Year 3 and 4 children had a visit today from P.C Parry and P.C Hinds to learn all about internet safety. They now know how to be S.M.A.R.T online. Safety – never give out personal information and always make a strong password. Meeting – tell an adult if anyone ever asks to meet you. Accepting – don’t accept friend requests or messages from people you don’t know. Reliable – people online have the ability to lie about who they are. Tell – if something makes you sad you must tell an adult straight away. The children participated in activities and even sang a song at the end of the session. The children were also told about a safe website they could visit to learn and play games – Schoolbeat.org. Diolch P.C Parry and P.C Hinds!
