As part of our Welsh week learning activities, the Year 2s have enjoyed learning about the Welsh myth Yr Afanc. The children looked closely at various paintings by different artists showing their interpretations of Yr Afanc, and then they enjoyed designing their own mythical Afancs. The boys and girls experimented with watercolours and did a great job creating amazing Afanc paintings.
