This week the Year Two children have become super scientists! Together, the children planned an investigation to find out which material would be the most suitable for making a tent. They came up with a super method, drew detailed, labelled diagrams to show what they planned to do, and made some excellent predictions. The children showed a good understanding of fair testing, and we discussed the things we needed to keep the same and the things that we would need to change. During the investigation, the boys and girls were able to record their observations carefully in a table, and they made super comparisons between their predictions and their observations. What a busy week we have had, and we have developed lots of important skills in a fun way!
