What an exciting day we had yesterday exploring our big question for this term- What was life like in Ancient Egypt?
We started off by discussing what we knew about Ancient Egypt already and crucially, what we all wanted to learn about this term!
The children then enjoyed undertaking exciting activities where they had to de-code Egyptian hieroglyphs and use this information to gather facts on Egyptian artefacts. They also enjoyed writing their own name in hieroglyphs using outdoor materials.
