This afternoon, the boys and girls explored their rights – these are all the things that they need to grow up happy, healthy and safe. We had a lovely conversation about what we can do in school to help us access our rights, such as having a healthy snack at break time and playing and relaxing with our friends.

After talking about our rights, the children then enjoyed creating their own unique crayon, which will be displayed on our class charter along with the words ‘we are a box of crayons, each one of us unique, but when we get together, the picture is complete’.
