We have been using our superpowers to rescue some superheroes. The superheroes have got into a couple of tricky situations recently, starting with being trapped in ice! We had to work as a team to figure out the quickest and most effective way to save them. We had some fantastic ideas, such as using warm water instead of cold water, and we used a variety of different equipment too, so developing our problem solving skills and our fine/gross motor skills! The superheroes were then captured again, but were tied up this time. We had to use some quick thinking and our fine motor skills to unravel them and release them. I’m pleased to say that all of the superheroes were rescued…we certainly have our own superheroes in Year 1!
