As part of our big question,” What do you like to do beside the seaside?” the children have been learning all about the different foods we eat when we are at the beach. They have been comparing foods we eat today with foods that our grandparent ate. Today we had a tasty treat. We made knickerbocker glories! The children added strawberries, peaches, pineapples and cream to ice cream and put a nice crispy wafer on the top. Delicious!
