Today, Years 1 and Reception had an exciting workshop taken by the Bumbles Of Honeywood. The theme of the books are all about bees and today the children read a book called ‘Bella Bumbles Waggle Dance’ which focused on the ways in which bees need to communicate and work as a team.
The children undertook lots of activities such as creating their own waggle dance to communicate with their teams, moving around like minibeasts and they particularly liked passing the ‘pollen balls’ (balloons) as quickly as they could to each member of their team!
