Year 1 have had so much fun today writing codes to programme our bee bots to move around our bee bot forest!
We started by discussing what coding means and then the children were challenged to write instructions (codes) to move the bee bots to find certain creatures on the bee bot mat. The children then gave their partner a code to follow.
The children also enjoyed designing their own bee-bots and using JIT Turtle on Hwb to practice their coding even further!
