Year 1 have had a lot of fun this afternoon learning all about Bonfire Night and fireworks. We started by discussing what bonfire night is and why we celebrate it. We then had lots of fun creating our own fireworks pictures (this involved a lot of glitter!).
The children also enjoyed watching a fireworks display from Disneyland whilst they were working.
